Go to the following web site and type in a zip code that you are interested in. You can search crime rates by zip code and neighborhood.

Hi. Below is a link for sex offenders which is a really great site to check out the neighborhood. If you go to my website - http://www.homesfromtoni.com - and click on the button on the left for Community Information, you can go to Fairless Hills and find out all kinds of information including crime stats. However, they won't be totally accurate since Fairless Hills includes both Falls TWP and Bristol TWP. The stats are different between the 2 townships. Also there are 2 school districts in Fairless Hills, one generally rated higher than the other (Pennsbury vs Bristol TWP school district). Taxes are also generally higher in the Bristol TWP portion of Fairless, although the houses generally cost a little less.

You can also check the FBI's UCR reports for Falls Township. I added the 2006 link (most complete). Agencies are required to submit data.

Keep in mind... Falls Township is LARGE... and it encompasses parts of "Morrisville," Levittown, and Fallsington as well.

I've lived here for a long time... and I'll tell you... not much (in the way of crime) happens in Falls (Fairless Hills). I am more worried about getting a speeding ticket- if that... the police are very nice and friendly.

Hi Rachel,

I live in Fairless Hill and also Sell Real Estate in Lower Bucks County. Fairless Hills as well as most ot the surrounding neighborhoods are considered a very safe place to live, Here are two links you can use to view the crime statistics (in most cases over 50% lower than the national average). If you have any questions about the area please fell free to contact me.
