Hi Storm,

Below is a link to my website that is connected to Crime Report Maps to help you with your research on the area. If you search for a home on my website we also carry detailed demographic community information as well.

I have lived in Orlando most of my life and would be happy to try to match you up with a community that fits your lifestyle. If you have school age children I also have resources that will help find communities found in A-rated school districts.

Good Evening Storm,

My best suggestion is to call the Orange County Sheriff's office or the City of Orlando Police Department. Or you could check out there web sites.

I am not sure who's jurisdiction this is.

You also mention your daughter is coming with you, check out the Orange County School District home page. This will give you a good idea of the schools.

I would be happy to assist you in any way I can.

You are kidding, right Storm? The crime rate at a specific address. Call the Sheriff and ask them if there has ever been a crime at this location. Either there has been or there hasn't

Since real estate professionals are prohibited from steering—enticing a buyer to purchase, or not, in specific neighborhoods, do consider taking the time and visiting the area more than once and at different times of day, possibly chat with locals/neighbors, get a sense of belonging, check out everything that is important to you, etc., and since you have safety concerns, do consider visiting/contacting the local police department for accurate and up to the minute information, ask all your questions and then make a determination--will your comfort level be reached.
