With a high school nearby there may be an unusually high number of traffic stops with neighbors complaining about student driving or safety. Crime density maps only provide a portion of the picture. If you hold your cursor over the black dots you can see a little more information about the crime.

I know some people are very vigilant to report poor driving near schools. The police respond to complaints.

Hi,
Lone Hill Road is close to Leigh High School, which is a great school, as well as the supporting schools in that area.
Give me a call if you want more information about the schools or the community.
Good luck with your home search!

I don't know what Red/Orange Zones mean.

We cannot speak to crime. There is a website http://www.CrimeReports.com you can check on.

I suggest buyers knock on neighbors doors to ask their opinion, visit the local retail stores and ask the employees, and visit the neighborhood at all hours of the day, night, weekends, and plan to test drive your own commute both ways

I raised my children in Cambrian and it is the area I specialize selling. I'd personally never had any issue with the area.
