im looking to move to san pedro the cross streets is beacon and 15th street. Is that a good area?

No, it's not a good area. There are a lot of halfway homes on Beacon Street. Not very safe.

Hi there ! I refer to this as an area "in transition". There is so much awesome stuff going on in that part of town that buying anything now would be a great investment down the line. Between the expansion of the Marina. the new park, and the other developments in process at the waterfront it can only get better. Is it the BEST part of town? Probably not; nor is it the worst. But where else can you go and live so close to the water for the price you can purchase at now??? I'd love to help you further!

I would call it a "transitional" area. They are doing a lot of development near there.
