Hi Lookingatfrisco, you should really check with the local police and sheriffs departments that serve Frisco Apts for this data. They will have the most accurate information. A realtor can't really give you a fully "legal" opinion on this issue for a variety of reasons related to real estate laws and professional liability.

If you need a referral for a really great agent in your area, please contact me through the trulia form.

If you are concerned about safety, your best source of information is the local police department, why not call/visit and ask all your questions, they'll gladly help--also visit the area and complex more than once and at different times of day, possibly cahat with locals, etc., and then make your determination, will your comfort level be reached-- real estate professionals are prohibited from “steering”—enticing a buyer to purchase, or not, in specific neighborhoods/complexes.
