I have been asked many times , what are the "safe" areas in Orlando?

Here are some resources to utilize when exploring neighborhood options in Orlando and surrrounding areas.

The best way to find out if an area is safe is to call the local police department. Tell them where you are looking for a home. Personal safety is different for everyone so I like to tell my clients to also go to the area they are thinking of buying a home at different times of the day and week. See who is around the neighborhood? Get out of your car and go have coffee in a store and talk to the people around.
