Really there are so many nice communities to choose from I would need to consult with you to better understand your needs. For example, do you favor an adult only community? Is your preference for a condo or townhome or a single family home? What is your budget? etc
I would love to help you find that special place you can call home. Feel free to call or email me: (407) 864-3139; sylvia@sylviapaulrocks.com for a confidential no cost, no obligation consultation.

When it comes to any safety/crime related issues, it's always best to contact the local police department with all your questions, hear all there is to hear firsthand. If unfamiliar with the area(s) do revisit more than once and at different times of day, possibly chat with locals/neighbors. Real estate professionals are prohibited from steering, enticing a buyer to purchase/rent, or not, in specific neighborhoods.

I might have the perfect solution...

One of our Realtors, Kandis, has a listing less than a mile from the new LegoLand theme park, right in the middle of shopping, dining, fishing, and golfing.
It is a manufactured home that has just been completely remodeled and furnished and is in a 55+ upscale community where you own the land, so there is no lot rent, and very low annual property taxes.

Might be a great fit, as there is absolutely nothing to do but unpack your toothbrush and bathing suit.
Everything is there... dishes, pots & pans, linens, etc... just move in.

I would suggest Lake Nona to you. A quiet and extremely pretty area, mostly new properties. There is an array of townhouses with 2/2 or 3/2 that are well priced and in safe and pretty communities.
Please let me know if I can help you further.
