Any of the closed gated Miramar Communities are a good start. You can look at Vizcaya, Silver Shores, Silver Lakes, Nautica, Sunset Falls, Pembroke Shores, Silver Falls?

I buy and invest exclusively in this area and have properties for sale. Please let me know what you are looking for and I'll see if we have anything that matches your criteria.

A good place to start is by contacting the Miramar Police Department to get the crime statistics. You can also visit different communities and get a feel for the neighborhoods. Miramar has several gated neighborhoods, so you might feel more secure in a gated community. There is not open access to the gated communities, so you may want to go with your Realtor who can show you property in these neighborhoods. I am very familiar with Miramar and would be glad to help you find what you are looking for. Feel free to contact me for more information.

Good luck!

Hi Lindsay - The western part of Miramar is where all the newer communities are. Please let me know if I can help you find a property. We live and work in Pembroke Pines/Miramar and are familiar with all the different communities.

Best of luck in your move to Broward!
