This home on broken Arrow is in escrow or contingent because it is part of a bankruptcy. However, because of the bankruptcy there is still way for you to still buy the property. If you interested in buying the home, I would be happy to show it to you and explain the procedure for obtaining it.

There is no indication that there has been a crime on the property and it is a gated estate. The owner is in jail for investment fraud. If you are referring to Nipomo in general, of course, it is impossible to eliminate all crime, but there is much less crime in Nipomo compared to other parts of California and the country.
