I agree with Lisa.
I live in Falmouth and have raised 4 kids here.
We often get lumped in with Lisa's end of the Cape ( wink to Lisa - we work together ;^) )
I would be interested in the sites you are referencing.
How their data is compiled would be another place to check to get your question answered.
Falmouth is becoming THE place to be on Cape Cod: more water front than any other town in the US, lower taxes, year round iving, reasonable schools, close to Boston and Providence, not a "cut through town", and not on Route 6.
Come drive around and stay awhile.
