Nice house. I'm looking at this house for a client. Two buglaries and one terroristic threat all recent. Bad neighborhood? Please advise.

I would say the terroristic threat was acquaintances. As far as the burglaries that happens all over Austin. Just have to learn not to give people opportunities. It is not a bad area

Sara, all you can do is show your clients how to find the data and let them make up their own mind. To do anything else, leaves you open to liability problems for someone else's bad decisions.

Personally, I think of Canyon Creek as one of the nicer neighborhoods in NW Austin, so I'm surprised at this data you've provided.

I am surprised at this information too. I have heard of a few burglaries at the apartments nearby (maybe same zip code), but Canyon Creek is generally considered a pretty safe neighborhood. I know many people who live there, and have not heard of any problems. (Of course, no guarantees - it can happen anywhere!)

Best of luck.

This neighborhood is considered by many as a nice neighborhood with great schools.
