The neighboorhood is a kid friendly, It is a very safe neighboorhood to be honest. I have live in this area particularly in east camelback for 10 years now and I have no complained. I have 3 children and they all go to Madison school nearby which is one of the best school rating in in Arizona. I have been renting a house for 10 years now in this neighboorhood and it is a great area to live especially if you have kids.

Hi there Karen,

This is a website that is a great resource in helping to research the communities where you are considering buying a home. http://www.crimerates.com. Are you considering purchasing a unit in this area and renting the home? Or are you considering renting a home in the area?

I have extensive recommendations from my clients on my trulia.com profile and I specialize in Property Management. I can help you with renting this home or finding one to rent. If you are considering renting a home this area--you should expect to rent the home within 30 days or less utilizing my services. The rental rate range is $650 to $800 per month. I would be happy to send you more specifics on these comparable rental homes.

If you are looking to rent a home in the area, I would be happy to help you find a new home and can meet with you anytime. We could have keys to your new rental home as quickly as a few days.

Feel free to call, text, or email me if I can help!

Here is a website you can use to look up crime stats for any area that you are looking at:

Homes in that small neighborhood have been renting from $725 to $950 most recently. It is close to the airport, ASU, shopping, freeways and not far from downtown Phoenix which all these are good for prospective tenants.

Realtors are unable to give information about crime or if a neighborhood is safe. the best way to educate yourself is contact the local police department and they can give you the stats.

If you are considering renting or purchasing a property in the area I would like the opportunity to become your agent and assist you. You may contact me at 480.274.0021

This is the question many buyers want to know, and the question agents aren’t allowed to answer by law. We want to answer all your questions, but disclosing details about crime, racial makeup and other details about neighborhoods is a big no-no for agents. Here is a link to the crime information you need.

As far as rental rates and vacancy go, when you select a Buyer's Agent, they can research that information for you based on the size and type and age of the property you are considering.

Happy hunting.
