Real Estate agents are very limited as to what we can say about questions like this. One of the best sources of information for crime stats in the area is the Chicago police department web site. See link below:

Best of luck with your search.

Depends where. North of Wrightwood is safe. South-not so much!

Visit the area at different times of the day or night and see if it meets your safety requirements.

For future reference, real estate agents are precluded by law from giving crime statistics for any area. We can refer you to web sites that have area crime statistics. Check out the Chicago Police department web site. It will have all the detail you want.

Where do you think you could walk alone? Not even in Lincoln Park or the Gold Coast nor Michigan Avenue! What do you mean by that question? This property has already been sold.
