HI Marie,

Here are some great websites that will help you find the information you are looking for. I would also call the local polcie department. They will have the most up to date info as well. Good luck and let me know how I can help you with your real estate needs.

Personal ExperienceI live in Pine Hills...its tolerable crime, yet it happens often...Shootings, robberies, murders, Helicopters everywhere, police lights all the time...its Crime Hills, so houses here are cheaper unless you move to Kissimmee or Poinciana...Sucks

Depends on which part of Pine Hills.. I find the 32818 area code is a much nicer area to live in.

Well they don't call it Crime Hills for no reason if that helps you. I live in Pine Hills by the way and not far from Leprechan way.

When it comes to any safety/crime related issues, it's always best to contact the local police department with all your questions, hear all there is to hear firsthand. If unfamiliar with the area(s) do revisit more than once and at different times of day, possibly chat with locals/neighbors. Real estate professionals are prohibited from steering, enticing a buyer to purchase/rent, or not, in specific neighborhoods.
