The area is not a bad area. Hampton Properties have several complexes such as Hampton Meadows and Hampton Courtyards. They are mid range rentals. There are a whole lot worse areas to live in. I would feel safe living there. The staff has always been courteous. Drive by allong Sandy Hollow. There is a public golf course right there also.

YES! I have lived in the Hampton Ridge complex for several years. It has steadily gone down hill - maintenance does not respond to high priority requests (dishwasher down for weeks, dryer down for months, hole rotted in wall for months), the office/admin staff is rude. Overall it is just not worth the cost. The Hampton Ridge apartments will be not much more than a big slum complex in a few short years if things continue the way they have been for the last few years.
