When it comes to any safety/crime related issues, it's always best to contact the local police department with all your questions, hear all there is to hear firsthand. If unfamiliar with the area(s) do revisit more than once and at different times of day, possibly chat with locals/neighbors. Real estate professionals are prohibited from steering, enticing a buyer to purchase, or not, in specific neighborhoods.

Hi, I wouldn't recommend Brassie place unless you're never home. It is considered the "hood" drug infested, rodents etc. Housing is cheaper but its kind of like you get what you pay for. Some areas are better than others.

Nothing stops a willing buyer from buying a property you like .There was a temporary mis behavior by gangs a few years ago. When the seurity noticed the trend the planned and routed it out .Life has since returned to normalcy. It is not bad to buy in this area now,

You will need to call the Montgomery County Police for the crime report. Just curious if you are looking at the condo's or the townhomes on Brassie Place? The monthly condo fee's for the condo units run $422 to over $500.00 per month.

The townhomes on Brassie Place HOA fee is $255.00 paid quarterly., A much better value for a first time home buyer. You can qualify for $85.00 more house with the HOA quarterly fee VS. having the monthly condo fee. Just some thing for you to consider.
