Beechwood Ave. in CARNEGIE is a beautiful area except for house break-ins and drug activity. Most residents own their own homes, but there are also some rentals which leads to not enough off-street parking. SPEED LIMIT IS 25MPH AND CARS RACE OVER THE SPEED LIMIT WHICH IS NOT ENFORCED. Section 8 HOUSING IN APARTMENT HIGHRISE HAS ALSO BEEN A PROBLEM FOR BEECHWOOD AVE. RESIDENTS.

Carnegie Highlands is a very safe community. There has been no crime reports from this area since I built there in 2004. The Carnegie Borough Police monitor our community frequently to help in the community crime watch. This is a great community to live in and is very child friendly.

Great question! Questions regarding crime and safety at the Carnegie Highland townhomes are best referred to the local police and sheriff departments. They will have the most up to date and accurate information. A local agent is typically legally restricted from offering an "opinion" about such matters.
