It's not there. I have found the crime maps hard to read and I have been told that the crime stats, especially in Chapel Hill, aren't accurate because the hospital draws patients from all over the state and reports incidents locally. I don't know if that is true but I encourage all of my buyer clients to visit the local police station and discuss with them the areas they have an interest in.

A quick reference would be to visit our website at http://www.caryluxurylifestyle.com and click on the Zip Code Comparison tool on the first page. Then you can enter any zip/city you are interested in obtaining stats (can be anywhere in the US). The Community Report with give you a drop down of a various options. Crime is one option and it will provide from burglary to larceny to vehicle theft. You can also use this tool to compare cities. Good luck and don't hesitate to write if you have difficulties using this great web feature we provide.

Hi Cindy,

I'm not sure if your question is directed to Trulia. If so you can find this information in our Real Estate Guides. Just access the link below and drill down by city. Under the Community Info section of guide you select you can click on the Crime Statistics tab.

Best Wishes,
