If your are looking for an active adult condo in Delray Beach or an active adult condo in Boynton Beach that is pet friendly, you will have a great deal of difficulty locating one.

However, if you are searching for single family homes, then you will find that most of the communities allow at least one pet, usually of 30 pounds or under.

As far as trucks go, unless your home has a garage in which to keep the truck so that it is out of sight, most active adult communities will not allow pick-up trucks or vans with logos.

Hi Sherry,

The first community that comes to mind that allows pets is and there is no weight restriction (no vicious breeds) is Palm Shores. I live here and there are beautiful houses at reasonable prices. You can also have a truck (depending on size) as long as there is no writing on it. If there is writing on the truck there should be no problem as long as you keep it in the garage.

Leisureville. Yes, the houses are all painted white and lined up in neat rows but some are very inexpensive. We would have to verify the truck issue.

There are also: Avalon, The Cascades, Borgata, Coral Lakes, Indian Spring, Mirror Lakes, The Valencias, and Tuscany Bay.

If you'd like more information on any of these communities you can contact me directly.
