I understand your frustration and wanting to get real straight answers.
Unfortunately, licensed agents are prohibited from giving opinion or facts about crime rate or answer a question if a neighborhood is safe for their family.
If you want real people's opinion and occur ate, I would suggest that you talk to the people that live in the same area..neighbors can provide you with many answers if you just ask.this will give you first hand anwers.

You are welcome to visit my website at http://www.cvegashomes.com to search for all the homes for sale in Las Vegas.

Hi there-

I would recommend researching the crime and school sections on Trulia's Community Maps: http://www.trulia.com/real_estate/Las_Vegas-Nevada/community-info/

Take a look!

Hope this helps,
