The score is a good start. Now get a pre-committment from a lender/bank and you'll have some helpers. When you know what amount of loan money you can get, and you add that to your down payment, you will know your price range. Find an experienced agent/broker to show you properties in the neighborhood(s) that you like and that meet your space and ammenity needs. You'll find a great property in this market! Keep in mind that this is probably not the last house you'll buy, so don't shoot for the moon, just get a good property and start building your credit score up and your equity.
