We help people who have low credit scores and match you with a lender that has a loan product for you. 580 credit score needed for FHA and 620 for conventional with 3% down.

At Guaranteed Rate, Inc. a 640 minimum score is required for most mortgage loans except VA which allows you to have a 620 minimum middle score.

Keep in mind though that your credit score isn't the only factor in determining eligibility for a mortgage loan. You want to make sure that the loan officer/lender you talk to and work with is providing you with enough information to help you along the way so that you can make the best decisions for you and your family.

While you want to get pre-approved before shopping for a mortgage loan, you may also wish to have your trusted loan officer analyze your credit in order to maximize your score so that you qualify for the best interest rate and loan terms when you purchase your home.

Randy Roberts stop spamming Trulia. The Lendersnetwork is a scam buyers beware. They hire people to creat fake profiles and spam Truila.

Look at Randy Roberts profile he has 100s of spam comments left on blogs. This company uses companies overseas to create fake profiles to leave comments all over the internet to promote their company. They are a mortgage lead company that wants to sale your information to mortgage lenders and brokers.
