Don't worry about a "good offer". The only offer that matters is one that is accepted and that will be one made by a knowledgeable buyer and a willing seller. Get professional help from a local realtor who can help craft an offer that meets your needs. Do not hesitate to move on if the seller is not reasonable.

Hello Mijraneb, You should have your realtor research recent homes sale on distressed homes and compare them to recent home sales that are in normal condition.

Do you have a realtor thats helping youYou?

Thank you. I 'll do that. Yes, I do, but I like to do my own research also.
