I currently have a credit score of 573. About 3 years ago I messed up my credit an I have been feverishly fixing it. It has been increasing every month. I recently put an ALL CASH offer on a coop and the buyer accepted. Easy part done. Now onto the coop board. In my application package I have a letter of employment verification along with my salary, strong letters of recommendation, my brokerage account statement stating I have over $99,000 in the account, as well as my bank account statements, and a letter from m landlord stating I have been consistently paying my rent on time if not early every month for 2 years now. Everyone seems to think I will get in but I am really really nervous. Does anyone have any advice for me? Also why do they ask for your divers license number on the application?
