The answer is not likely to be dependent on your bankrupcy but your responsible use of credit thereafter. FHA is not FICO driven however they will pay close attention to your last 12 months of credit payments. Have they been on time? Can you document your income? As your house is paid in full and you are asking about no money down I'm inferring that to mean you wish to cash out most of this equity for your upgrades? FHA will allow you to cash out up to 95% of the propertie's appraised value provided you can document sufficient income to make the loan payments.
