Hello,

Currently, we do not have a tool for the consumers to remove their home photos by themselves. Please provide your complete property address and I will be able to assist. You may also send your request together with your complete address via the link below.

In order to underwrite a 203k renovation loan in Rhode Island, the lender must be approved by the FHA. As there are extensive lending requirements that need to be fulfilled both during and after the loan approval, it is advisable that you work with a FHA 203K lender directly. The complete list of approved 203K lenders in Rhose Island can be accessed below.

Trulia hasn't been "hacked". But because consumers can enter their own rentals, there are lots and lots of rental scams.

Assume that most rentals here are scams. They will want you to send money to them for some reason. Don't!! Those are the scams and they are abundant here.

Go to the listing - find the link named MORE, under it is a drop down menu with FLAG - Click it

Also - Never Ever send money = those are scams

Their is no formula to this answer. When I help my buyer present an offer I take several things into consideration....What I think it could actually appraise for, how many days it has been on the market,
Whether it has been reduced during the duration of the listing (an indication of a seller's motivation) the scarcity of the the type of house.

Hi Beatrice,

There are several very good elementary schools in Cranston. I am personally partial to Glen Hills in the Garden Hills area, because I went there, my brother and sister went there, several cousins went there and my kids have gone there and it has consistently been a great school over the past 30+ years. Stone Hill is another long time great elementary school in Cranston, as well as the newer schools at Hope Highlands and Orchard Farms. Garden City is also a nice elementary school. Let me know if you are looking for homes in these areas. I work with both buyers and sellers and have been a Cranston resident all my life. I will be happy to help you in any way I can.

Sit with an agent and make a list of what is most important and things you can compromise on. Compare the homes you see to that list and before you know it you'll be on your way to making a decision.
