Certainly a Realtor can set you up on a search based on this criteria. We'd be glad to help if you havnt already found the service that you need. Good luck!

You can browse by subdivision at www.RentSurpriseAZ.com please reference the MLS number if you call- For security and agency purposes I do not give out the addresses on my website without a completed Agency Disclosure, Luke Map, and Intake Questionnaire. If you do find a property not listed with a broker-make sure there are no indications that the property is in forclosure. you may also want to avoid scandalous property management companies- Also if doing a rent by owner, avoid using the lease agreement that was purchased at office max. You will find it offers you little legal protection-

Sound like you have plenty of good folks that will be willing to help you find a place, therefore I will to throw my hat in the ringer- as well- I do a lot of rentals and in my intake I ask specifics about pets- including breed, sex, weight, fixed. I also have my clients text me a picture of the beasties- some times this can through the "cute effect" (if needed) in the heart of the owner when considering an application. Its always good to have your agent "pre-approve" your pets with the owner BEFORE viewing the property. Aside from the 75 count on the restricted breed list, I find many owners are diverse in what type of animals may be accetped- Some owners like cats, while others hate them, some like small dogs, while other prefer outside dogs only, so just because it says pets accepted in the MLS doesnt mean they will accept your pet- It may be wise to do this BEFORE setting up a showing to save you and your realtor both time and money and heartache. For a site designed just for Surprise, AZ please go to www.RentSurpriseAZ.com and reference the MLS number when you call-

Hope that helps-
