Depending on what type of benefits you are referring to, the answer can vary.
I have seen a lot of agents jump into the MLM business with the market down like it has been. It can certainly be a 1 stop shop, but there should also be a disclosure of some kind that the agent benefits if you sign up for anything. Some of the popular ones right now are the electricity providers. They sign up with Stream energy or another similar company. If they sign you up as a customer, then they get a check for signing you up.
If you are considering hiring this agent, my advice would be to ask for full disclosure of compensation if you sign up. Then you must evaluate the service and see if it is actually something that would benefit you or if it is just the agent trying to make an extra buck.
Because it's more than real estate. It's RAYL-Estate!
