They are pulling from MLS feeds around the country, some realtors also submit them but the majority is from MLS. Not something that Ashley-Connor Realty submits and all of the photos on your listing page are correct. I'll take a look at how to fix.

I am JoAnn Hubbell, a Broker with Hubbell's Real Estate on Main Street in Cooperstown. We have been in business for 40 years. Has anyone done a market analysis? We are an independant office, not MLS. The independants handle 90% of sales in Cooperstown. Our web site is one the first ones to come up in a search. MLS puts your property with thousands of others, thus making it confusing for a Buyer. Check out our web site, , to see why we average 3,000 hits a day. ... more

I have a house about 1/2 hour outside of Cooperstown that we are considering putting on the market, and is powered by both Co-Op electric AND solar. Not only that but there is an outside wood boiler that heats the entire house for next to nothing (and can run off of the solar) If you are interested, please feel free to contact me:

Oneonta is the closest major town. People that live in Cooperstown come to Oneonta for movies, BJ's, walmart, price chopper, etc. Some will go up to Utica for shopping, but most come to Oneonta. I am a top agent in Otsego county, so if I can help with any real estate needs, please let me know. thanks Carol ... more
