Firstly, I'm a Myrtle Beach local for over 20 years and I encourage you to look at the reviews of my past clients. After you see my value I would love to advise, negotiate, and represent you in your transaction. If you did not know, in South Carolina the seller will pay the commissions for both agents and it's automatically deducted from the purchase price by the buyer's attorney.

There are pros and cons to having the listing agent also perform as your buyer agent. When this occurs you are required to sign an extra few papers acknowledging your agent will work as a "Dual Agent" and unless you knew the agent BEFORE knowing you were going to purchase his/her listing, having a separate agent would be recommended.

From the downtown area of Conway to the actual ocean is approximately 14 miles. Depending on time of day and the time of year, the travel time will vary greatly. Also, Conway, just like most towns, is spread out, so the distance could be more or less depending on where in Conway you live. For some people, the drive is too far. For others who enjoy a more small town and less tourist feel, the inland towns surrounding the Myrtle Beach area are the perfect spot.
