Hello,

Currently, we do not have a tool for the consumers to remove their home photos. Please provide your complete property address and I will be able to assist. You may also send your request together with your complete address via the link below.

I can't imagine why anyone would want to move to Conneaut, OH. I used to live there as a child and cried because I hated it - not much going for that little town.

Dear Bonny,

Your closing cost depends on the terms of your purchase agreement. A cash transaction definitely requires less closing cost since there is no loan involved. If you are already in a contract and have an open escrow, you can have the escrow officer put together an accurate estimated settlement statement usually referred to as HUD-1 to determine your required fund to close.

Good luck.

Conneaut is small. Everyone knows our name at the post office, the pharmacy, the stores, ect. My kids like the schools and love the fishing. To live right on Lake Erie is awesome. But: there is alot of unemployment and alot of retired individuals so for employment it is not good. The roads need fixed, they keep using the cheapest contractor to fix the roads and a year or 2 later they need repair again. Be prepared to sit and wait at the train tracks often. There are 2 sets of tracks that go right through and divide the city into north and south and sometimes you'll get 2 trains at a time or have to go all the way to one end of town to go under the bridge or go all the way to the other side of town where they finally put up an overpass to get to the south side where the hospital is. It was happening too much and people weren't making it in time. ... more

Did you know that there are over 1000 different species of MOLD in the world today, and that most of them are black? ALL homes have mold, but VERY few have toxic mold. Unless it NEVER rained, or dew NEVER settled on the wood at night when the house was being built, which is highly unlikely, the home has mold.

Only a FEW types of mold are toxic and it is very rare. So rather than trying to scare everyone about a specific home, maybe it would be better to educate yourself on the issues concerning mold and worry about your dealings and not everyone elses problems.

I guarantee you if we ran a mold test and spore count in your home, there would be mold.
