In my opinion .... I suggest having your real estate representative prepare several CMA valuations. One reflecting the specific immediate neighborhood data, another expanding on say a one mile radius (or more depending upon supply) and another (if appropriate) focusing on the specific STYLE (ie:Ranch,Split Level,Colonial,Etc.) of the subject dwelling. Compare the various per square foot sold values for all. These numbers should provide a solid and reliable figure to determine a reasonable AVERAGE per SF value, along with a range for below and above average condition comps. This data should provide you with peace-of-mind and a good understanding of the marketplace. Best wishes. ... more

Best way to confirm exact schools, including the assigned elementary school, is to confirm the property address with the school district. Agents or Buyers can pull up a District Attendance Map as a start but sometimes homes across the street from one another can be two different schools and sometimes different districts. As you are inquiring about a house in the Olentangy School District, their elementary schools tend to be in close proximity as they added schools as each neighborhood was developed. ... more

No. 6223 Hutchinson st. Feeds to Thomas High School. The train tracks that runs just behind there is the line that splits the two schools. I have sold homes in Potters Creek. I know that feeds to Thomas. You can find the districts map at this address,

You may be about to petition for Kilbourn if you have a good reason to go there. You can call the district at 614.450.6000.

Hi Roy,

In the majority of the cases the COA fees are not included. Something else to be aware of if you're looking I'm the greater downtown Columbus area is if the taxes listed are under an abatement and if so, when the abatement will end and what the taxes will look like when the abatement ends. It makes a big difference. If you need assistance, please contact me, I'd like to help!
Take care,

For now and for the future in order to find out if a property is near something, highway, school,
parks etc. or in your case the community college, take the address of the property copy it, go to
google, then maps, past the address of the property and then open the map and look for the
college or on the map, or ask on that google site for directions, and add the address of the college
or local you are interested to find out how close....
Google then will give you driving, and walking directions, miles and time.....

Easy Easy, use it.... it is extremely helpful...

$140 per month. They typically cover entrance and exits to community, lawn care and upkeep of common areas. At this time, this home is currently in contract with a buyer and that contract is contingent upon financing and inspections of the property. Hi Donnaprice,

I just checked on 71 N. Ogden. It was sold on November 28, 2012. It was a HUD home and sold for $14,000. Looked like it could be fixed up nice and had beautiful wood floors on the first level.

Trulia listings are not always accurate as to their status and price. Recommend you search on I tried to create a link for you to see the pictures of 71 N. Ogden but the link was no good. I would have to send the MLS listing straight to you. If you want give me your email address so I can send you the listing report for your review.

I do show 179 N Ogden at $59,900 and 62 N. Ogden at 32,900 are still available. Both are 3 bedroom. If you want the listing report for these two properties or any other that interest you let me know. My email addres is or just give my office a call at 944-5900 or my cell at 288-0423.

All the best,

Hi Mr. Yirgu,

Thank you for your question and yes there are condos for sale. the link you provided to 6043 Chickadee Place is a single family home priced at $58K. Is this the price point you are looking for?

Buying a home or a condo is a big step and goes through a process. I would encourage you to sit down with an Realtor to discuss what your needs and wants are in a home/condo. I will help you through this process and help you to avoid some common mistakes that home buyers make. If your concerned about cost or fees I do not charge any and my commission is co-opted from the sellers side so there is no risk to you to have me represent you and assist you through the process of getting you your new home. I look forward to your call Mr. Yirgu and thank you again for allowing me to help with your question(s).

Clyde, if you go to the map on the link for the home you're asking about, there is a tab at the top of the map labeled schools. If you click on it it will show you the location of the schools on the map, and when you scroll down it will the list the schools for you. I hope this is helpful.

Hi There

That is an advantage to this property. It is a single family attached home. There is only an annual fee of $157. There is also a finished basement and one car garage. Many condos in this price range do not offer these amenities.

I hope that helps.

Please feel free to contact me any time with any other questions.

Take care.
