Unfortunately Realtytrac rarely provides accurate information. And they display homes that are in the very early stages of late payment that may not ever get to foreclosure. So the info. on their site is SO misleading. I can't for the life of me figure out why Trulia affiliates with them!
This property has been scheduled for public auction but they don't give a date. Most properties listed here will never go to public auction, but if they do they will be listed in the newspaper and other on-line resources for your county. The bank sets the minimum bid but that too is usually lower than what the property actually goes for. And you have to buy sight unseen with the possibility of occupants already in the property.
If you are serious about auction properties take the time to research the details on-line!... more
As you can see many times web sites like this one may be behind in the properties status. The best thing is to contact a local realtor that will provide the information from the MLS and can research status an other important info for you.
Contact me if you have more questions or to search properties in you area and price range of interest.
You received a lot of good information. HOA is one of several components of the total monthly payment of you property. In Columbia there are a rrange of HOAs fees amounts, plus the special assessment in the planned area. HOA and condo fees and taxes can add to a significant amount which at times could amount to more than the mortgage-loan payment.
I will be happy to answer any question or concerns you might have. I can also recommend a good mortgage com.
Have you thought about a Loan Modification? I have experienced this with past clients and it does help with lowering the monthly payments. Unfortunetly I do not believe the note holder would be in a position to adjust your principle balance so you would not be "Upside Down" but you never know in this market.... more
The unit sold in June but according to the Multiple List Service, the annual HOA fee was $510. Monthly condo fee is $226/month. There is a unit, 10596, #2A that is available with condo fee listed as $182/month. Hope this helps!... more
I am happy to respond to your request. I must first let you know that in addition to being Realtors, we are also residential appraisers! Also, I am the resident realtor for Hickory Crest and I most recently just sold a home here! I served multiple years on the Board, and have lived in the community for six years, so I am very knowledgeable of the community and various configurations of our homes. The community does allow small pets which weigh under fifty pounds. You are responsible for any clean-up the animal creates within the community and for noises. The animal must be leashed when walking, if it is a dog. Contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org for any further inquires and I would be most happy to help you wjth your search. Take care. That is a question that you can ask the listing agent. While MD law does not require an agent or owner to disclose this fact, if it is OK with the Seller the agent can share any info. he or she knows with you.... more
