This happens quite often not only here but on Zillow, Craigslist, etc.... Anyone can pull information on homes especially if they are listed For Sale, and turn them into Fake Rental Ads. Your best bet is to Google property management companies in the area you are looking to move and deal with them. I hope this information helps. ... more

The phone number listed for the rental property you submitted to us is the same number listed in your profile. To update that, click on the link below to navigate to your main profile page. Then select 'Edit profile' on the left side of the page. Under the 'Personal information' section on that next page, you'll find the option to update your phone number.

I received your email and tried to respond but the message came back to me as undeliverable. Here's the response I tried to send:

Thank you for your email. I see what you mean in regards to the two listings below. One has a description that says ‘see additional provisions’ and the other says ‘see supplemental remarks’. Unfortunately, since both of these listings come to us from ListHub, the information cannot be updated directly on Trulia. If you’ve already made updates in your MLS to remove this text, the problem seems to be that ListHub has yet to update this information on their site and within the data feed they send to us. (If you access each listing below and follow the links/buttons to ‘View more details’ you’ll see that the descriptions they display match those on our site)

In this case, I recommend that you contact directly to ensure that they update your listing information so it accords with those updates you’ve made in the MLS. Once they update the data feed they send to us, our display should update automatically with the new information.

I've checked a few of the listings associated with your profile and I'm finding that they aren't live for various different reasons. One looks to be pending, another isn't being provided to us by the virtual tour company because the tour is no longer available, etc... If you can direct us to the listings in particular that you're concerned about, we should be able to better assist you.
