The Springs might be a little bit different than Denver metro, but inventory is so low all over Colorado, I would think you could still sell this fall. You can still get insurance on a home with t-locks, but it is going to cost you more. I have several contacts that can write a policy on this type of home. I also strongly recommend that you have a roof inspection done along with your home inspection, if purchasing. Please let me know if I can help.

This is definitely a typo. Not sure why it's showing up here as $45K. It's listed in the MLS for $465K (and has been since October 2013!) It's also under contract.

If you are considering buying, you should seriously considering finding a local REALTOR to work for you as a Buyer's Agent. He/she will have access to your local MLS, and can send you the most up to date listings that fit your search criteria.

William, this is an AUCTION listing. Bidding starts at $100k. Pay no attention to agents from out of state who can't verify the details of a listing here in CO.

I suggest you find a good Realtor to represent you as a Buyers Agent. He/she will be able to create a search for you in the MLS. The listings you see here or on Zillow or other sites aren't necessarily up to date. ... more

FYI - This is a public record, and unfortunately the information there isn't always correct. Are you the home owner?? Why is this listing of a concern to you? In addition, Trulia uses Google maps, so it's really not an issue with Trulia OR any agent. Google maps isn't 100% accurate, especially in newer developments. ... more

We also have quite a few areas that sponsor store fronts from the Old Colorado City area to the newer Briargate Shoppes Plaza.

This property is located in what was the Voluntary Evacuation zone and was not in the Mandatory or Pre-Evacuation Areas. The fire initially started to the north of where this property is located and the area this property is in is not included in the initial damage assessments. From the available information this property is not believed to be in the burn area.
