Hi David,

Thank you for your inquiry.

I used to live in College Park, so know the area very well. Here is a link to all rentals in MLS that fit your criteria: http://mfr.mlsmatrix.com/Matrix/Public/Portal.aspx?k=1522344XF1M8&p=DE-11940941-385

Let me know if you like any of them and want to see it.

Many homes in College Park are older and therefore smaller in size.

Great place to live though.

Hope this helped.

Hi John:

Aside being a Realtor I am also an investor myself. So I have a great in-depth knowledge of all the aspects of an investment property (Feel free to check out my background by clicking on my pictures)

I have a great property with a tenant in place already. Below is the link:

Also in Orlando there are definitely options. Try to stay with newer homes like year 2000+ to avoid possible huge maintenance costs. Single Family homes generally appreciate better than townhomes and condos so that is something you might want to keep in mind while choosing your home. Below is the link to some options:

Feel free to call or email so we can hopefully find a great home for you.

Hello,

In FL an agent and associate broker must work under a broker, who is the "broker of record."

The broker of record is responsible for all of his agents actions, provides training, mentoring, etc.
In Florida you can only work as a licensed agent or as an associate broker if you work under a supervising broker who has a brokerage.

With listings at $2 million+ & $500K, i believe my buyers will come from places outside Orlando and am concentrating my marketing online & internationally. I just earned my Transnational Referral Specialist designation so that i am a part of the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations and can take advantage of increased visibility & credibility. My colleagues gave you good advice ~ homes in that price point fare well with a qualified listing professional directing the marketing effort. I would be happy to provide a Comparative Market Analysis for you ~ please feel free to call me at 407-367-9883 or email me at GlobalPropSpec@aol.com. Best wishes, Vivian Katz ... more
