Any valuation without an personal inspection is no better than what Trulia or Zillow offers, with isn't much good. Public data will reveal the age, size and basic room count and that isn't always accurate.
If you need to decide what it's worth to sell, it's time to talk to some local agents. Their values will range some too, depending on their strategies The market sets the value, based on a ready and willing buyer and seller.

Cobb County is an area I am most familiar with, as that is a common area I work in. The schools are excellent, and it is overall a safe community with lots of activities. While not as familiar with Fayetteville, I have heard lots of nice thing. College Park will be a bit more hit and miss. The schools are not typically rated as high as East Cobb, and there is are higher crime rates. What type of housing do you like. Newer housing. Traditional, older brick ranches etc?
