This can be tricky but it is commonly done just make sure you are working with the right team that is familiar and capable to facilitate this type of transaction smoothly. Make sure you Realtor and/or title company are keeping up to date with all parties and making sure frequently that there are no issues with the buyers of your home closing on time also with your regular schedule and now the sale and purchase going on at the same time things might get hectic just stay positive and remember the prize at the end. Commission, in general, is negotiable. Now that doesn't mean every agent will negotiate their commission. Many agents stick to their commission because they have the experience and track record to earn what they charge.

And I can guarantee you, that regardless of where you are in the state, no licensed agent will tell you to take a hike, nor flip you a crude hand gesture.
