Contact some local brokerage offices and ask to speak with the Office Manager or Broker in Charge. Then ask him / her to assign you to a new licensed real estate agent. Agents that just got their license need experience and clients before they move up to buyers and sellers. Most experienced realtors don't work with rentals because their income is too small to be bothered. Working with buyers and sellers is much more lucrative. ... more

Sally Grenier answered:
If your home is listed with an agent, then you need to address this with him or her. It's not a Trulia problem. They receive listings via listing syndication from various sites, such as local MLSs. If your agent took poor quality photos, they'll likely show up poorly here. Your agent can, however, manually edit the listing here on Trulia and add better photos. ... more

We also have the Sanford airport which has many direct flights to northern locations. It is a small airport and very easy to get in and out of from Melbourne.

Best of luck.

Jake I am sorry to see that no one has answered your question for you. Since this was posted a while ago I am not sure if you are still interested in Foreclosures in Cocoa Beach area or not. An incomplete address makes it hard to be sure of the answer to your question but more than likely that property if it was listed at the time you asked the question is under contract or even sold by now.
If you have any further questions don't hesitate to contact me.

Read your Condo Documents. The Rules and Regulations section will answer your question. There is more to renting your Condo then just Association permission. You'll need to register your Condo with the County and State to collect the Tourist Tax on rentals of 6 months or less.
Good Luck!
