There are three listings in this complex, 2 active traditional sales and one that is a short sale in backup status meaning they have an accepted offer but are willing to take others just in case something happens. The 2 recent traditional sales list the monthly HOA fees at $260 and the short sale listing identifies them at $255.

Let me know if you are interested in any of these 3 properties and we can gladly arrange for you to see them. If none of these work for you we can explore other option also.

Thanks and enjoy your day!

It is hard to get loans in the US without a social security number and two years of credit and tax history. ... more

You will not be buying the "Market"; you will buy one house. I presume you will be living in it, so things like the floor plan, the quality, the accessories, the yard and the neighborhood will be important. The big question is; is the price you pay, more important that these things. If the price is the only thing that matters, then I expect you to be living in a 2/2 by the railroad in a high crime area that stinks.
As another consideration: You will proitively know where the absolute bottom of the Market occurs: You be able to see it clearly a year or two later, looking back! There will be no announcements, no headlines in the newspaper or on TV, there will be no Bell Ringer on a street corner. There never has been, and there never will be. If you choose to believe that it will happen in two years, for you, that will be correct; It will.

You know what Ca-pe? That question may seem simple on the surface, but truthfully, there are so many variables involved it would be superficial at best to answer on this blog. I have over 300 Agents who work for me, and about 40 in Fresno/Clovis. I can get one of them to give us some good advice on this. Give me a call @ 209-758-3113 when you have time. I am in Fresno next Wednesday and can get you some sound answers. "The Coach" ... more
