If you are in a rural area you could look into a USDA loan as they are no money down. Check with a local lender.

Good Evening Tami,
You can't go wrong offering land contract terms. Where else can you make 10% on your money? Of course you would want to put some restrictions on the property until the balance was paid in full. It is all in the details and I would be happy to speak with you further about your options and what I could do to ensure your transaction is in your best interest. Call me anytime 810-652-2222 I am looking forward to working with you. ... more

Don Tepper answered:
Several ways.

You say that the house to the east is 2089 E. Tobias. Is there a house to the west? If so, what's its number? If it's 2085, then the house you're interested in is 2087. But if it's 2093, then the house you're interested in is 2091.

The city or county should be able to provide information on who owns the parcels to either side.

Or if the numbering on that side of the street is in 2s (2083, 2085, 2087, 2089, etc.), the numbers will get smaller as you go in the direction that'll take you to West. Tobias.

Or, ask a neighbor. Or a postal worker.

Hope that helps.

Angie Ridley- Broker answered:
not yet. If it's a possible foreclosure, the home hasn't hit the market yet for listing.

Would you like a list of homes emailed to you daily as they become available? If you send me your criteria for what you would like in a home, I would be happy to email homes as they become available.

Price range, how many bedrooms, ect..
