On to your question though, maintenance is $651.00.

Our database shows "Yes" for both, cats and dogs. There may be further restrictions as to the size, weight and breed in the condo Bylaws and house rules. Looks like 5B is still on the market and the price has been reduced by 40K about 4 months ago.

Whole Foods store is on Columbus Circle, which is about 10-15 min walk from W 46 & 10th. There are also local produce markets, Amish Market Grocery store on W50 & 9th and 2 Food Emporiums nearby.
