One community could have lanquishing properties while others are gone before the sign goes up.

The definition of sellers market is when there is less than six months of real estate inventory.
Some will say 4 months.

The inverse is true for a buyers market. More that 6 months inventory.
And again some will say 9 months

Depends on where you are putting the manufactured home. Most of Hendry Country requires a Zone 3 manufactured home. There is also a limit as to the age of the home you can bring in. You would need to call the county for correct information. ... more
