I would have no problem calling the inspector and asking him to come back out. It's possible he "flipped a simple switch" that's causing your furnace to malfunction.

These numbers are automatically calculated through special algorithms that really have no bearing on actual "fair market value". Whether you are buying or selling, the ONLY way to find out a home's value is to have a REALTOR do a FREE comparative market analysis (CMA).

Also...are you actually looking at the "For Sale" listing or just the public records info? Seems like you may be confused by the difference. If you are the listing agent you can manually edit your "For Sale" listing (not the public records info). However, it looks you aren't set up as an agent, but just a consumer. You may need to go back and register as an agent, and make sure your listings from your MLS syndicate here.
