Bob Collett answered:
I am both a realtor and an investor. I am a member of REIA (Real Estate Investment Association). I am a numbers guy and I work with investors. Let me know which areas you are interested in, and if you are doing buy and hold, or buy, renovate and sell. Depending upon the area, I will either help you myself, or recommend an associate.
