Aby27, I am a lender, so will address it from that basis. On your question, it says "Forclosure in West Boulevard". Many homes that have been FORCLOSED need work because the seller was not maintaining the home during the foreclosure process. I have Conv and FHA Rehab loan available. If you are looking at FORCLOSURES you many want to talk with a lender experienced in rehab loan.

Above and beyond that you want to work with a Realtor to see the homes in your price range that are available for purchase.

Best wishes otherwise, Kimberly Lawson, Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator. Contact and licensing information can be found on my profile. ... more
