Beth - are you thinking of switching companies, and you want to know how your listings will be handled?

If so - you really need to speak with your Broker. I assume you signed an agreement prior to starting with the company.

My agreement clearly specifies what will happen in the event I leave.
If you have been there long enough, and you feel you want to renegotiate those terms -then give it a try.
