Hi Mark,

Can you give me a specific city your are looking for a rental in? If it is close by to me I would be happy to help you.

Also, have you considered buying instead of renting? Sometimes it can make more financial sense. I actually just wrote an article talking about what factors you should consider when choosing to rent or buy.

Hello debbie,
When are thinking about moving? As you may not be aware the market here is spiking again. So what you are looking into on Grove St may not be available when you decide to move or even at the same price if you decide to move here during our peak season. We are a seasonal city. SOOOOOOOOO with this being said when you make up your mind to move it is best to call a realtor before you look through all the charming pictures.
The location on Grove street where you are able to look and see the demographic for yourself is on the City of Clearwater web site for just this type of question.
Thanks for asking.

Hi Cassandra,

If you're concerned about crime within a specific area the best thing you can possibly do is contact the local police force and ask questions. If it's Clearwater, I'd contact the Clearwater police dept as well as the Pinellas Co Sheriff's office. The Sheriff's office actually has a fantastic website where you can plug in addresses and check out the crime reports.

This seems like a bogus posted question by Trulia empolyees - like many of the questions that appear here.

No real consumer would ask questions like these.

There are some fantastic on-line sources for localized demographic information. I really like how the information is presented on and here is a link to that information for zip code 33755.

Best of luck and if I can offer anything additional just let me know.

Confirming an earlier answer here are the links to the appraiser's websites depending on where in the Tampa Bay area you're looking:
Pinellas County:
Hillsborough County:
Pasco County:

They're all slightly different but allow searches a number of different ways. If you don't know what the address is of the particular property you were interested in I'll be glad to look it up on our MLS & get back with you.

Hello. The question sounds easy enough but honestly I would need more info. to evaluate the question. For example, is there a structure on it now? If not when was it destoyed? Are you rebuilding the same SQ. FT. as before? The type of structure can range anywhere from $40- 120 a Sq. Ft. Where $120 would be tile roof with many upgrades. You will need to check with your local planning and zoning board, because they will inform you if you will be paying impact fees and most of their fees will be based on the size of the building. You may get a discount from them if the structure was a certain size and you are rebuilding the same size structure or they may give you a proration if you are going larger. I hope this helps. ... more
