There is the problem.
When you are on Trulia and need information regarding a home for sale. you don't know who you will be communicating with. The first FOUR smiling faces you see are unlikely to be the listing agent.
The listing agent is shown towards the bottom. And the broker, not the agents contact information will be provided.

If you are a serious buyer your really need to pick up the phone and make a call. Using Trulia intranet is a gateway to anarchy.

The "norm" in Maryland is to use the standard contract and addendums prepared by your real estate agent. You are always welcome to have an attorney prepare or review but that is not common. It is pretty straight forward, though very lengthy. This would be a personal preference. With over 500 sales, I've only had one or two clients review the contract with an attorney. ... more

Moose, there are tons of areas in Howard County especially that have just as good a school and are not as expensive. The Riverhill district is great but really high in price. Try Ellicott City, Centennial School District, Woodstock, Marriottsridge School District or Ellicott City Mt. Hebron. These 4 schools all compete for # 1 and are highly desirable areas. You can get a townhouwe in either area of Ellicott City for what you'd pay for a condo in Riverhill. Good luck! Cher ... more
