How to Sell Your Home

1. Prepare your home for sale
2. Find the Market Value for your Home by researching comparable sales, which have similar upgrades or improvements as yours, to get a more accurate valuation for your house
3. Analyze the current market condition of your area to determine a pricing strategy based on your needs.
4. Utilize an aggressive marketing strategy to expose your listing to as many prospective buyers locally, nationally and internationally
5. Negotiate the terms of a contract with Buyer's that are willing, able and capable of purchasing.
6. Ensure all mandatory disclosures are provided and documented.
7. Close escrow on the sale
8. Receive your proceeds from the sale

I recommend utilizing a good Realtor to Navigate you through the steps.

Eviction is a tricky process. First I wish to point out that ALL real estate transactions are required to be IN WRITING to be LEGAL and Binding. On that if there is someone LIVING on premises WITHOUT this contract in writing and you wish to vacate them, You are STILL required to follow eviction procedures. They MUST be put on notice and served eviction notice. I would recommend you google LOCAL eviction companies to assist you. In the future NEVER make this COSTLY mistake again. ... more

I was getting them in my house, also. I use Diatomaceous earth. Use it heavily around base of house. I also pour it across my doorways at night and in the well of my windows.

Another thing I found for any bugs is Cedarwood (essential) Oil or GreenBug Spray (8 gallons from a qt of concentrate). It can even be sprayed by food. Both these products are safe around kids and animals)

As for the scorpions,. If you are chicken, like me. Before I found these products I would spray them, directly, with ant spray but found that if I took my eye off of it, it was gone. Then I would spray it and place a cup over it until it died. It took three days.

I manage a home that had a scorpion infestation. It took years to get rid of them. None of the over the counter chemicals and or poisons were affective.

Here is what we did to get rid of the problem and it worked like a charm.

Step 1. Buy glue traps
Step 2. Buy black light
step 3. buy handheld propane torch

Set the glue traps throughout the perimeter of your home. This catches the scorpions. Remember females carry their young on their backs. Hundreds and hundreds of them.

Use the black lite to search for them in the evenings. Torch them on the spot. this ensures you burn all of the young on the females backs. It takes about a month of diligent work to get it done but itll work.

Let me know if you have any questions and I can discuss further.

Hi there
I know your question was about cancelling the deal, and that can be accomplished, however if we could save the deal and close, would you be interested? I have been lending for over 15 years and am confident we could close this within 2 weeks. That's if you still want to proceed.
If so, or if you have any other questions, let me know. I'm happy to help.

You need to file a police report first, and have pictures taken of the damage. Otherwise, he will deny it and you have no proof.

I agree with several other opinions here that you should get licensed independantly and then decide which brokerage to go with. I received my pre-licensing training being sponsored by a big brokerage and regretted the decision while waiting a year to change companies.

After you're licensed, learning the business will depend on your personality and which brokerage if the best fit for you. Some people need constant motivation and sales meetings, others learn better with books, some will get the most out of joining a small team and jumping right in.

Feel free to give me a ring to discuss in more detail...
